The Opportunity
We’re seeking an ambitious and strategic Vice President of Emergency Nurse Recruiting to lead our efforts in building and expanding our Emergency Department recruiting division. This is a hands-on leadership role for a go-getter who thrives on competition, relationships, and results.
You’ll be the driving force behind filling Emergency and Trauma RN positions across the country — backed by a tech stack and team infrastructure built for speed, scale, and success.
What You’ll Do
--Own and drive Emergency Department recruitment nationwide (focus on RNs and ED leadership roles)
--Build and lead a specialized team of Emergency Nurse Recruiters as the division grows
--Leverage advanced AI sourcing systems and automation platforms to uncover top candidates faster than ever
--Manage open job orders across multiple clients, prioritizing high-demand facilities and markets
--Partner with leadership to craft innovative recruiting strategies and client engagement approaches
--Mentor and motivate recruiters to exceed metrics and achieve placement goals
--Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare staffing, compliance, and technology
What You Bring
--5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (Emergency / critical care preferred)
--Proven success in permanent placement on a contingency search platform
--Strong understanding of healthcare staffing dynamics and ED workforce challenges
--Entrepreneurial mindset — you see opportunities where others see obstacles
--Track record of building or leading a recruiting team
--Tech-forward attitude — comfortable using AI and automation to maximize efficiency
