The Clinical Recruiter's mission is to identify top talent for our employers and top opportunities for our candidates. We focus on meeting the needs of both the employer and candidate to facilitate a mutually beneficial, long lasting, employment arrangement. Our recruiter's focus is limited to one or two healthcare spaces making them experts in the field they recruit in. The Clinical Recruiter's recruiters will be experts in their individual areas. Thus, having a laser focus on what the hiring managers are looking for in their next hire. Not simply going off a job description from human resources that is cookie cutter and covers the basics. We talk to our candidates about productivity, quality and relevant metrics that will make them successful in the role.

Our recruiters work in specific healthcare disciplines. This allows our recruiters to get to know the ins and outs of the unit and how a candidate’s experience should match up to a certain position. Let’s face it, sometime the job description is somewhat vague on the actual experience needed for a good match. Our team only presents positions that match your experience.
Our recruiters also network with employers everyday figuring out what their hiring needs look like currently and a year into the future. We are privy to new hospital buildouts or new units being added to existing hospitals. We look through our candidate database to find the best fits for our candidates based on information they have shared with us during prior conversations. These questions focus around the candidate’s preference in geographical areas, compensation ranges, size or scoop of the units, career goals etc.
Once we find a match we contact the candidate explain the position and with their approval we present them to a position.
